Our commitment to accessibility
Detailed Plan Management is committed to making our website accessible to everyone, including people with disability. We recognise that accessibility is especially important for the NDIS community we serve, and we work to ensure that all visitors can find the information they need.
Standards we aim for
We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA, as published by the World Wide Web Consortium (W3C). These guidelines are designed to make web content more accessible to people with a wide range of disabilities, including visual, auditory, physical, speech, cognitive and neurological conditions.
What weโve done
Steps we have taken to improve accessibility on this site include:
- Writing content in plain, clear language
- Providing descriptive alt text for all images
- Maintaining strong colour contrast throughout the design
- Ensuring the site can be navigated using a keyboard alone
- Using semantic HTML to support screen readers and assistive technologies
- Designing text and layout to resize without loss of function
- Avoiding flashing or strobing content that may cause harm
Known limitations
We are continuously working to improve accessibility across the site. Some content from third-party tools or embedded services may not fully meet our accessibility standards. We are actively working to identify and address these where possible.
